EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, OR REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. - NO EXCEPTIONS. - ALL
SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure this is the gown and accessories that you want to wear.
At the time of ordering, all formal gowns must be paid in full. This is non-refundable. Formal
gowns can take up to three months to arrive, so give yourself time to order. Remember,
alterations take time also. The sooner you order your gown, the better off you will be.
There is an extra charge for all formal gowns that are ordered over the size 18. Depending on
the manufacturer, this charge ranges from $10.00-$25.00.
When your formal gown arrives, we will call you immediately. You must come in within one week
to pick up your formal gown.
Because so many of our formal gowns are exclusive or discontinued, we DO NOT HOLD gowns.
Our stock literally changes everyday. For your convenience, we have a three-month layaway
plan with 30% down. Payments are to be made every two weeks. If you fail to make regular
payments your gown/accessories will be returned to stock and all money paid will be forfieted. It
is your reponsibility to make these payments. We do not send reminders. All layaways are final.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on layaways. No exceptions.
Due to high volumes of calls, PLEASE DO NOT CALL regarding style numbers for formal, prom,
pageant, homecoming gowns or to check stock availability. All gowns have their own unique style
number. Wrong numbers may be given or taken from other shops or from internet web sites.
Therefore, wrong prices and information may be given. YBR receives new stock on a weekly
basis and our stock changes daily due to gowns selling so quickly. We don't want you upset with
us if we tell you that a gown is in the store, and when you come in it has already been sold.
We ask that you please come in to find your perfect formal gown. We carry all of the major
prom/homecoming designers, after five gowns, party dresses, and mothers gowns. You are
bound to find your gown among these styles.Ordering a gown takes time to find the right color,
style number, and size. We want you to get exactly what you have searched for so there are
NEVER any questions regarding the ordering of your gown. We appreciate your patience and
understanding.
We do not provide alteration services, we do, however, give you a list of the seamstresses in the
area.
You may reach our answering machine during the busiest times of the season. Please leave a
message. We check them every evening and return calls at that time or the next morning.
We will be happy to ship your gown to you for a nominal shipping fee.
